You have heard of the MLS; right? – Here comes a National Buyers' Listing Service; Yes an MLS of Buyers… Think about it this way – in the MLS you list Properties and Buyers to visit – in the BLS you list Buyers to attract Sellers. (Which is really a way to attract agents – they are the one who will be paying for such services…)
